You can cancel future renewal at any time. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, under Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid WhaleRider subscriptions offered by ROCKSOLDI LTD, Company No. 517177309, and purchased through Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record, meaning the buyer purchases through Paddle and Paddle handles payment, taxes, billing support, cancellations, and refunds. This policy supplements, and does not reduce, rights under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.
Canceling a subscription
You may cancel at any time using the cancellation link in Paddle subscription emails or Paddle’s buyer-support portal. Unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period: you retain access until then and will not be charged for the next period.
Canceling stops future renewal; it does not by itself refund a charge already made. A canceled subscription cannot necessarily be reinstated, and resubscription may be subject to then-current pricing and availability.
General refund position
Except where required by applicable law, where the Service is faulty or not as described, or where Paddle approves a discretionary refund, completed subscription charges are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes partial or unused billing periods.
Paddle may consider a discretionary refund request submitted within 14 days of a transaction. A request within 14 days does not guarantee approval. Paddle may consider the reason, Service usage, fraud or abuse indicators, and applicable contractual and statutory rights, and may approve a full or partial refund or decline the request.
Situations we will review
Contact Paddle promptly if:
- you were charged more than once for the same subscription period;
- the amount charged differs from the checkout confirmation, excluding disclosed taxes or currency conversion;
- you could not access the paid Service because of a verified failure under our control;
- the Service was materially not as described at purchase; or
- you have a non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right under applicable law.
We may provide Paddle with technical or account information needed to evaluate a request.
What is generally not refundable
Subject to mandatory law and Paddle’s policy, refunds are generally not available for unused time after a late cancellation; failure to cancel before renewal; changes in preference; inability to use an unsupported third-party integration; loss or compromise caused by failure to secure an admin key; suspension for breach or abuse; or dissatisfaction with market-data, research, AI-assisted, historical, or simulated outcomes.
WhaleRider does not guarantee profitability or a particular research result. Differences between simulated outcomes and external real-world outcomes are not grounds for a subscription refund.
How to request a refund
Submit the request through Paddle Buyer Support. Include the buyer email, Paddle transaction or invoice number, purchase date, and a concise explanation. Do not send your WhaleRider admin access key, full card number, or other sensitive credentials.
You may also email whalerider@rocksoldi.com for product context, but Paddle makes and processes the payment-side decision. Contact Paddle before opening a chargeback so it has an opportunity to investigate.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment method, bank, and Paddle. A refund may end access to the refunded Service immediately, and associated organization credentials may be disabled or revoked.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy prospectively. The version in effect when a transaction occurred will apply, together with mandatory law and Paddle’s applicable terms. Questions about WhaleRider may be sent to whalerider@rocksoldi.com.
